• Product Info

The name “Horin” comes from a combination of two mythical creatures: “Ho” from “Ho-oh”, a phoenix-like bird; the “Rin” from the “Kirin”, a dragon-like creature. Just like the creatures’ names are blended, Horin uses a blend of two of the finest sake rice varieties: Yamada Nishiki, the “king” of sake rice; and Gohyakumangoku. Each lend their own qualities to this unique sake that is crafted by master brewers for mythical perfection. Serve in a wine glass to best appreciate the rich aromas.
