    Plum Gekkeikan takes the traditional umeshu production method and combines it with a fermentation of actual ripe ume fruit to create a deliciously complex plum wine. Smoother, less sweet, and more refreshing than other umeshu products, Plum Gekkeikan is also ideal as an ingredient in sauces and marinades thanks to its deep, rich flavors. Serve chilled, neat, on the rocks, or with sparkling water - or Zipang Sparkling Sake for a refreshing spritzer!
